Journey

Altough we only need to see your educational background for specific positions, you do need to know what you are doing. Mention in your Application why we are your choice.

Your application should include:
- CV or Personality Test
- Letter of Intend
- Credentials

Obligatory

Once we evaluate your application we will schedule an introductory call, followed by a virtual assessment center or personality test, as well as necessary background checks for specific positions.

Notes on specific roles:
- Some roles may require certain certifications
- All roles have specific standards for skills
- The scope of the assessment-center varies

Bureaucracy

If everything checks out we will finalize all contractual steps with mutual terms forged in negotiation to encourage participation on eye level and shared values discovered through discourse.
