Blooming Paramount

Two weeks ago, we said we would return with accounts, structure, roadmap, or internal valuation. This is the week those words become action.

The week of fate has begun: traction translates into structure, accounts into the books and the plan into reality. Duty not abandoned emotionally, but evaluated practically. No pretending the airport is a destination. Positive gravity: We successfully ported our US domain to our own host, Product advancing, doors are opening, and the work keeps finding places where it belongs. All our previous sacrifices have to prove they can carry the weight.

Structure

Confirmation Statement CS02 filed successfully with PSC identification handled through our partners at Icon Offices Limited. Major round finalization is underway. Accounts remain intentionally on hold and will most likely be filed within June, depending on execution; the accounts should reflect the structure we are actually building, not a half-finished version filed for appearances. KCM UK continues as the civilian and academic-facing structure envisioned: pilot work, research cooperation, product development, and industrial scaling under a clarified cap table.

Our US daughter entity becomes separate and autonomous in operation, while the civilian-facing UK angle orients towards already grounded academic cooperation and ongoing pilots. Check for updates throughout the week, first the first landing page online as soon as the transfer is complete: https://www.kcmdefense.com

We appreciate the support of our registered agent, which enabled Law on Call support, giving us unprecedented speed and vigilance on compliance.

Location

The landlord, solicitors, contractors, and us are excited to move towards completion and into our new home. We remain grateful for the guidance and patience extended. We’ll make sure to treat the premise with care and remind ourselves that a company home only means something if the people building it are not left in front of the door.

Grant Tracks

With our review-paper dragging on bureaucracy; Academic and pilot cooperation remain protected. University of Birmingham alignment, the review paper pathway, and civilian research cooperation continue to matter regardless of structural route. Science is not optional. But structure determines how much of the civilian-facing ambition can remain under KCM UK versus being absorbed into a more commercially secure international route.

Less haste. Better odds.

Product Track

The Mk-X roadmap remains under refinement and as expected: Some revision pending, but the technical picture has become sharper. A recent review of insights from the 2008 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems around piezoelectric control circuitry helped clarify constraints for charge capture regulation, and supports our sprint optimization.

Not another headline breakthrough. Better: useful. Stage I remains alive. Consistency, integration, and logic remain the variables that matter. The next roadmap should not be a performance document but a manifest. Repeatability before scale + Reality before acceleration.

Operations

This is the conversion week. The routes remain parallel: settlement, structuring, and clarification. The company cannot keep living in “almost.”

Civilian industry and military industry should not be mixed beyond genuine dual-use benefits. Material science benefits from data across many test environments, but operating structures around those environments must remain clear to adhere to ethics and export controls.

Travel & Event

The public map keeps widening.

We are evaluating insights from TechEx North America in San Jose and look forward to appearing in person at the next edition in Amsterdam later this year.

We have also been invited by our friends at Future Aero Lab to their Berlin Lab Session on June 12th, hosted together with Berlin Partner at the Lufthansa Innovation Hub.

Registration is also pending for the Regulatory Science and Innovation Summit 2026 on June 18th. If May is the test of structure, June is already preparing the rooms where that structure gets challenged. Good!

Outlook

This week decides whether June becomes the month of public valuation and clarified structure, or the month where we stop to carry every layer equally.

The preferred path remains positive: accounts completed, structure clarified, roadmap refined, public valuation attached to something solid, US website launched, and the company moving forward with its civilian, academic, industrial, and defense-separated lanes properly defined.

The alternative is narrower. But narrower can still be cleaner. We choose clarity either way.

Summary

Traction must translate into valuation this week:

- Major round finalization is underway into June
- Accounts likely filed within June depending on execution
- UK Ltd. civilian route continues with people-first attitude
- Great Portland Street conditional on treasury movement
- Mk-X roadmap refinement enables more precise pacing
- US domain ported; kcmdefense.com launch targeted for June 1st
- TechEx San Jose insights under review; Amsterdam ahead
- Future Aero Lab Berlin invite; Regulatory Science Summit pending
- Academic cooperation and pilot work protected where already grounded

This week is not about noise. It is about whether the structure finally catches up to the traction. Step by jump.

Energy. Time. The Future.
