Horizon: Home

Last week, we wrote about a ticket:
A practical unlock brings us closer a new status.
This week, that ticket turns into coordinates.

Location

Great Portland Street: layout defined: four floors of deeptech R&D.

For weeks, Great Portland Street has been moving through the remaining bureaucracy: floor plans, mandatory checks, the slow grind that decides whether “soon” is real.

Now the internal layout is defined, and both solicitors are pushing for the lease to begin within weeks, not months. Until the keys are in hand, continuity stays clean: we remain reachable and keep our priorities on enabling this major step.

Partners

With the new layer enabled, the expansion round is now locked in our timeline, with heavyweight industry champions joining the (cap) table.

We’ll keep names sealed until the truth is signed, but the direction is clear: this is the layer where “support” stops being belief and becomes capacity. And yes, the cap table work remains aligned to the early March window we’ve already signposted. Stay tuned!

Grant Tracks

This week, exploratory collaboration talks consolidate around the kind of consortium structure that can actually survive submission pressure and post-award delivery. The ODA infrastructure pilot lane remains on the board: specific enough to still be shaped.

Travel

The next sequence is not random movement;  it’s closure + activation, in order:

  • Cologne — 25th: facilitation of further legacy art liquidation from before our rebranding (closing old loops cleanly funds new ones).

  • Luxembourg — 26th: process verification and preparation for the March fund injection.
Overdue from our experience but meant for our Account filing in before May.

  • Brussels — 27th: MVP sprint meeting, preparation for team reactivation and timing discussions.

  • Birmingham — 2nd to 4th: back to our favorite city for institutional momentum and execution alignment.

Being in multiple places at once is fantasy. Sequencing isn’t.

Tracker

Roadmap in revision — standby.

Because the map must match reality, not ambition. We’ll keep the principle consistent: tracker updates remain, flexible in orientation but absolute in boundaries once the enabling constraints (facility + round) are actually unlocked.

Summary

  • Great Portland Street layout defined: four floors of deeptech R&D

  • Lease timeline accelerating: weeks, not months

  • Hoxton Mix continuity holds until the move completes

  • Travel sequence closes legacy loops and prepares March injection

  • Brussels sprint meeting: team reactivation prep

  • Expansion round tightening with industry champions joining

  • Roadmap revision in progress: reality-first tracker update pending

And now: a horizon that looks like home.
