Intense Inception

For months, our updates circled one recurring enemy: drag. Not technical drag — administrative drag, strategic drag, “waiting for the system to allow motion” drag. Last week we had coordinates. This week, we have clearance incoming.

The cap table reorientation is successfully in execution, and with it comes the only outcome that matters: we can now progress with all ongoing projects without the constant tax of uncertainty. This is what this month will look like: obligations closing, lanes reopening, and the build returning to throughput.

Structure

A cleaner seat-at-the-table logic is now in place, aligned with the expansion round trajectory and the partners required to carry delivery reality. The “maybe” relationships are being retired in favor of actors with skin in the outcome. Current expectations is that we will keep ~70% Equity saved.

Location

The footprint that lets us stop improvising around space and start sequencing labs, assembly, and validation the way hardware actually wants to be built. Both sides’ solicitors still continue to push for bureaucratic handling, with the final schedule of condition and asbestos reports will be provided this week.

Grant Tracks

With the structural reboot in place, consortium shaping becomes practical: a team that survives scrutiny and post-award delivery. Exploratory talks remain active, and the infrastructure pilot direction is still on the board with a large infrastructure corporation having joined the fray.
Less scouting. More targeting. (Co-Sponsorship for rollout)

Product Track

Stage I (Foundations) continues under progress map, yield testing remains active, and output consistency stabilization remains the remaining lever we will address once the middle component layer is addressed. Casing and mechanical work is picking up speed in parallel to stay aligned with integration plans. Repeatability remains the metric.

Operations

The headline is simple: the machine is allowed to run.
With structure stabilized, we are now executing the backlog in order:

  • closing remaining obligations cleanly
→ While preparation for our updated Accounts continue

  • continuing the Great Portland Street transition lane
→ With solicitors, funding and handling finally aligning

  • progressing US vertical processing and compliance steps
→ Where we should have paid for express, as Delaware handling is pending.

  • tightening routines that protect growth from chaos
→ When mistakes from the past come in handy for proper future planning.

This is the shift from “survive the week” to “compound the month.”

Summary

  • Cap table reorientation completed: execution unblocked across lanes

  • Great Portland Street advancing: four-floor R&D home nearing lease start

  • Energy Catalyst Round 11 lane tightening into submission-grade structure

  • Stage I stabilization progressing; casing work accelerating

  • Roadmap revision ongoing; tracker update pending instruction lock

Energy. Time. The Future.
And now: permission to move.
