The accounts extension bought us breathing room until early May to sequence properly while the expansion round finishes. Relief stays the same: not a celebration, but important. We’re closing the loop on the growth + stabilization sequence: cleaner cap table mechanics, clearer seats, and fewer “maybe” relationships that slow down execution. Startups work in layers; this week is where that layer stops being paperwork and moves into a fixed frame for the future, with long-awaited sparrings and injections targeted next week.

The sprint is turning into a fantastic marathon, not a story anymore —it’s progress.
Tracker updates are in place, and reporting is ongoing. With integration requirements framed for the AI datacenter refit pilot, the work narrows into the only thing that counts: future repeatability.

Events
With this year's TechEx Global conference concluded in London, we’ll incorporate insights as soon as possible. This is the week where “plans” turn into “show up.”
We’ll be mostly available by proxy across Europe this week, but every stop is intentional, with the team remotely waiting for the sun, our COO moving around from Linz to Graz in Austria & our CEO traveling across the UK from Coventry to Cambridge, with a major meeting at the amazing University of Birmingham. Being in multiple places at once is a fantasy. Sequencing and planning isn’t.
Publications
Publication work continues through internal revision and processing. The education lane stays part of our long game; we aim to reinforce it properly once the relocation and expansion sequence is fully stabilized, because education deserves more than a rushed paragraph.
