New Deal
Happy New Year! The winter break wasn’t about “rest.” It was about cleaning up loose ends so that January starts with a build-ready momentum. This is the new deal for 2026: fewer hopes, more facts.
After our recap last week, have a look at a brief overview of the 2025 Executive Summary, or jump straight into our Iteration-Timeline.
Advisors & Partners
Having compounded substantial expertise and know-how throughout the last year, we are looking forward to welcoming three new experts within Q1 of 2026. First in Material Science, Second in Manufacturing expertise, and third in compliance. The pool of outstanding talent in their respective fields that joins our vision grows day by day.
Product Track
Today marks the shift from “ready” to “set –> go” - While we prepare the execution of the planned sprint in our Demonstrator 4 stage method, the Mk-X PSCB MVP iteration map has been locked for weeks. Now we execute the sequence: crystal growth logic → module assembly → test readiness. One note we’ll keep consistent in external framing: PSCB isn’t a “battery” in the consumer sense. It’s the self-powered sensor layer, autonomous micro-power nodes designed for vibration-rich environments.
Team
January starts with recomposition. Some changes over the last month were unavoidable. We’re not forgetting any contribution. What matters now is that ownership isn’t misplaced, and further onboarding is on hold until our routines are “grooved in”. Hardware doesn’t care how motivated you feel. It cares whether the system is organized and capable of fostering growth.
Media & Publications
This year will be quite dry compared to the last; given that we know what to do and when to do it, it comes down to keeping operations and vision aligned to solidify our positioning within the UK & US. Updates will track milestones.
Operations
Operationally, the goal was simple: make the machine hold. Documentation, compliance, partner scaffolding, and internal processes were tightened during the quiet period. Not everything is resolved with major commitments yet to be transferred, but the structure is more stable than it was going into December. Stability allows speed without chaos.
Summary
January 5th was the reconnect point to check our status before going into the next sprint. We’re here, final planning of nuances and details this week; full steam ahead in the next.
New deal: execution first, clarity always, proof over posture. We don’t settle for substitutes.
