Super Start
While multiple items are still on our to-do list and obligations to fulfill, initial traction and a clear trajectory already emerge for 2026. When decisions gain mass, timelines resist hand-waving, and every assumption is forced to either carry the load or collapse. This is such a week, with execution under constraint(not the romantic kind), but the real one: limited tolerance for error, finite attention, and a product that doesn’t care about narrative. A good place to begin.
Advisors & Partners
The academic and institutional threads seeded in Q3-4 of 2025 are now merging into defined lanes, with the first confidentiality agreement signed, the KTP underway in preparation, the Pilot-Student project mapped, and a joint application to the UKRI Energy Catalyst Round 11 in March targeted. On the industrial side, follow-up conversations with Asia-based partners continue to move at Shenzen speed rather than an exploratory pace. Fewer updates, clearer requirements, faster resolution, more on our standing partnerships, aiming for Net-Zero contribution, and scaling with NEBITH by ENEREKA and Redsoul Design Ltd. next week. A better future is seldom seeded alone.
Product Track
PSCB remains framed correctly: not storage, not consumer hardware — but highly adaptable and scalable autonomous micro-power infrastructure designed for medtech to infrastructure-grade environments. The MVP-based product line required for actual integration has been completed for our AI-Datacenter Refit pilot. Expect the first comprehensive update to the Iterations-Tracker by the end of this month.
Team Structure
Recomposition continues quietly with no new onboarding yet. The priority is stability, not headcount. Roles have been stress-tested against reality. Although we couldn’t start with the full force we hoped for, the team that remains is smaller, sharper, and operating with fewer illusions. Tangible progress correlates more strongly with clarity and certainty than enthusiasm. For the future, we still aim to become able and stable enough to provide both aspects for more people.
Media & Publications
No narrative expansion until technical milestones justify it. However, our WEF Technology Pioneers application is still on the horizon. We aim to submit by the end of this month, supposing we are lucky enough to liquidate unfrozen assets on time. Otherwise, no worries - The Technology Pioneers Batch 2027 would be just as attractive. Scientific material continues in internal processing, with our review study publication planned to conclude this quarter for prompt release. Observers are now waiting for results, not updates.
Operations
IMPORTANT: Postal Break; As we are now in the final stages of lease preparation regarding our new home at 18 Great Portland Street, we need to find a compromise with our current MyCo Office location. Due to overlapping contract timings and legal requirements, mail arriving at our current location on Monday or Tuesday is most likely going to bounce. We will extend our 7 Bell Yard Address until we move to Great Portland Street, so official mail can still be delivered during the transit time. If Anything didn’t reach us Monday or Tuesday, send it again to arrive on Wednesday. Systems built to “hold” in December are now being asked to support motion. Some friction remains; financial and administrative gravity doesn’t disappear because planning is complete, but dependency paths are shorter and more visible.
Summary
This isn’t a dramatic week per se, but consequences are always what you don’t get. Therefore, we will not get another chance to bring this recombined marvel of the PSCB to the markets if the sacrifices don’t match the ambition. The Sprint is beginning and slowly picking up speed; the system is already under load. Lots of gratitude to everyone involved.
Forward still means forward.
