QUICK UPDATE 2/4

Here’s your August 11th Quick Update 2/4, in the same concise-impact style as last week’s:

Entity Setup: Incorporations stretched into September, timelines intact. With Progress, where drama used to be, is just process.

Downtime Forecast: End-of-September break locked.
Our first Growth Team event is planned for September 19th, and Vacation is from September 22nd through 27th. 

Media Prep: Separate company videos are now in production for each division. Cadence TBD but probably around the same time as the 2024 Video.

Carry-Over: Texas site scouting continues, valuable insights gained from a recent exploratory call with a representative of the University of Texas, Austin. The Investor area update is still targeted for Aug 18th. KPIs, OKRs, and SCRUM cards hold steady, although we appreciate partners beyond buzzwords.

Monday signals will keep pulsing.
Everything else stays underground until it’s time.
