Waiting Room

There are weeks when the ground shifts, and others when it settles.
This is the compression point: the moment when everything built over 18 months narrows into a corridor of decisive actions, overdue confirmations, and the last structural adjustments before the Winter Break and the subsequent MVP sprint begin.

Advisors & Partners

The ecosystem around us is almost crystallized.

UK Academic & Institutional Track
The aperture is widening. Computer Science, Engineering, and Finance nodes across the UK are beginning to see the multidomain nature of PSCB:
materials → power → autonomy → monitoring → data → resilience.
A single emerging ecosystem we are anchoring, with a new University angle to be revealed next week, with this year's final update on December 15th.

SEIS Round with Directly being prepared
With inroads to a new cap table, we have confirmation to work with Dyrectli Capital Ltd. Leveraging their expertise and round participation, we are confident to bolster our future outlook, virtue-signaling angels aside, actual VCs are soon coming in as well. Product Track

The product doesn’t wait for perfect timing, so we don’t either.

The Iteration Map (Mk.I PSCB MVP) is now locked, and preparations to continue the setup during our upcoming Winter Break from December 15th to January 5th. With a new Senior Project Manager queued to join, the sprint is scheduled. Crystal growth, module assembly, and testing infrastructure to be a cohesive operational arc.

The surprising part?
Delays and inexcusable drag compressed the roadmap.

Team

This week will be about recomposition and recovery.

Upcoming departures and ongoing uncertainty still weigh heavily; Talent is not interchangeable, and the cost of timing misalignment is human before it is strategic. We are committed.

Although the Winter Break will bring more changes, if empowered, the team can run the sprint.

Media & Publications

No premature reveals anymore, the proof is technically undeniable. Just deliberate placement of updates, and scientific breadcrumbs while the larger publication work moves through revision to keep our plan for a formal R&D paper and UKRI participation on track. Operations

Everything built from June to November has now been pressure-tested, and due to the ongoing delay of access, not everything failed: contracts, compliance, documentation, roadmap architecture, partner frameworks - Comfort doesn’t come from running in a circle.
Financial processes remain the final friction point, with multiple confirmations expected this week. Once the last clean-up is resolved, every lane, like IP, facilities, sprint execution, new onboarding, etc.: will unlock in one motion.

Summary

This is the week where direction must become a trajectory.
Not because of luck, or narrative, or external validation, but because every system, partner, document, and technical thread is being aligned while we wait to be processed by the machine of actual transfers, institutional stonewalling, legal minefields, and experts on board.

There’s only work, and a world waiting for hardware that actually matters.

Forward means forward.
