Pipeline momentum continues. Post-vacation pacing means several advisory conversations are carrying into October, but alignment stays strong. Administrative sequencing now the main factor.

⚙️ Product Track
The Mk-X path moves forward with the first procurement passes are under action. All three projects—Crystals, PSCB, PAMMO—now sit on a converging design timeline where partner bandwidth and procurement cycles dictate velocity.

🧩 Team and Media
Hiring is paused. With most Growth Team seats secured on contract, the job board update is suspended until further notice. This ensures alignment with budgeted runway and current commitments before any further onboarding. Media-side, the October 1st website overhaul stays scheduled—cleaner service integration, sharper cap table visibility, and the roadmap reveal bundled, though the roadmap will remain dynamic.

📅 October Cadence
September closed with vacation and maintenance. October opens with clarity: operational lanes fully defined, product tracks converging, and advisory dialogue carrying over. Updates resume weekly as before, with the hiring board explicitly frozen until further review.
