Pipeline consolidation continues. Post-setup calls resume this week to verify synchronization on milestones. Administrative sequence dictates timing; meanwhile, GrantTree reopens UK-side processing for Q4, and the department heads are introduced to crucial connections.
⚙️ Product Track
Development roadmaps are set for October.
Material sourcing rounds continue next week, with documentation shifted into a unified environment. Coordination managed by inter-team handoffs, ensuring nothing slips between departments.
🧩 Team and Media
Week I onboarding closes Friday with communication systems live and documentation standards aligned. This week transitions into the “Role Blueprint” phase, where each member defines dependencies, deliverables, and scope clarity. Media-side, the new website modules are locked for testing and publication of the next aggregated Iteration roadmap scheduled. Team Page online with individual short bios being added momentarily.
🌐 Ops Security
Preliminary infrastructure currently stable with slight delays on equipment acquisition and system calibration. Summary on the current status next week.
📅 October Vision
Week I closes with alignment, Week II opens with activation.
