Black Box

There’s a point where preparation stops being a posture and becomes a system;
From the outside, perception and priorities differ, yet we’re almost there.

Buildings, institutions, and infrastructure locking into one coherent trajectory;
This is how real progress looks: quiet, technical, and difficult to reverse.

Advisors & Partners

Fostering our starting collaboration with the University of Birmingham, we are looking at three distinct angles currently ongoing:

- KTP preparation continues, moving through the “expert scrutiny” phase, where the knowledge gap, Associate scope, and supervision value are explored properly. This is the right friction to convert ambition into credible progress.

- The pilot-student project is mapped and framed around real work, not academic theatre. No spoilers yet, but we’re proud to be one of the hosts for one of the first Computer Science Department MScs project works.

- Grant Scouting completed with final deliberations on the UKRI Energy Catalyst 2026 underway.

Product Track

The MVP sprint is active, yet slowed by the natural necessity of preparing our accounts and handling our move to a new location, as planned.

PSCB remains framed correctly: not storage, not consumer hardware — but autonomous micro-power infrastructure, adaptable from medtech contexts to infrastructure.

A key milestone this week: the MVP-based product line description required for actual integration has been completed for our AI data center refit pilot. From here, the sprint cadence is about repeatability:

Expect the first comprehensive update to the Iterations-Tracker in two weeks.

Operations

Operations are upgrading in due time; current bottlenecks are still in focus.

18 Great Portland Street

We are in heavy preparations with our solicitor and the landlord’s solicitor regarding our next home at 18 Great Portland Street. This is a capability move to continue with a more effective hybrid workshop and a space that can support the next phase without improvisation. This takes precedence over everything else. If the MVP timeline is delayed, so be it.

Postal transition

IMPORTANT: As we finalize lease timing and manage overlap with our current MyCo Office location, mail sent to the current location might not be received if it arrives after February 7th, due to legal overlap and contract timing. We will extend our 7 Bell Yard address until move-in, so official mail remains deliverable during transit. If anything didn’t reach us, resend.

Bureaucracy

The first compliance countdown is now real: first accounts due in roughly two weeks. This is where many early-stage teams lose pace; we aim to do the opposite. With a pending liquid injection, this is our Deadline to get the standing in place for our WEF Application process.

We’re tracking a 4.5M evaluation corridor as a targeted benchmark. Not a prophecy but a measurable objective. We’ll see where it lands.

Team Structure

Recomposition continues quietly. No new onboarding yet. The priority remains stability.

Tangible progress correlates more strongly with certainty and clarity than enthusiasm. We are building toward a future where we can offer both to more people, as shown in our academic endeavors.

Media & Publications

No narrative expansion until technical milestones are met in our international cooperation.

Our WEF Technology Pioneers application remains on the horizon. We aim to submit by the end of this month, contingent on resource access. If not, no worries — the 2027 batch remains.

Scientific material continues in internal processing, with our review study publication planned to conclude this quarter for prompt release. First AI Agents for Data aggregation running in parallel. Observers are now waiting for results, not updates. That’s fine. So are we.
