Confidence Confirmed

This week’s update arrives not with a bang, but with the weight of steady pressure finally converting to form. Below the surface, everything is moving towards our energy independence goals. Product shoot of finished Items within this month as well.

Long Story Short in SIC, soon reflected on our Company House Page:

🧾 Meta Verified Discontinued

As a natural result of our vertical orientation and departure from public-facing Art-Related  B2C branding, we’ve ended our Meta Verified subscription. (You can just buy it, by the way.)

Visibility tools served their function, but our focus has shifted fully to industrial readiness. We have the reach we need, the partners who matter, and the infrastructure to scale. Public engagement remains important, and we devised a public long-term strategy, however, we are now building, so we will reinforce insight channels through F6S, Data Rooms, and specific Community building.

June 1st will mark the final general broadcast before we take a break from reinvention and focus on defining our CI. After that, communication will narrow into technical dispatches, private briefings, and direct stakeholder syncs. Business & Art has become Business & Tech. We move accordingly and appreciate you being part of this transformative chapter.

📊 Accounts Finalization

Our fiscal year rollover on May 8 marked not just a new chapter, but a different posture. As of this writing, all PSCB Demonstrators are sold or reserved. If we can arrange it, we will issue a second batch to supply the demand of our fair involvement in June, which will be decided shortly after our social media changes.

A full accounting and investor bulletin is now being prepared.
It will include:

  • Asset injection confirmation and inventory

  • Finalized timeline for the Mk-I

  • Migration strategy for KCM Defense

The official public-facing accounts will be available in the Investors Area by June. Internal reports are already in circulation. Based on our assets alone, we expect a minimum valuation of £4 million for the upcoming financing round as we move toward production and vertical decoupling, with VAT already in registration.

🛡 KCM Defense LLC to C-Corp

Legal configuration and migration structuring for KCM Defense LLC (U.S.) are in the final stages. Aimed to be founded and operational within Q3 of this year, this entity will work in close tandem with our UK-based Prime (Kusnierz Consolidated Manufacturing Ltd.), offering a jurisdictional and strategic dual anchor between engineering sovereignty and alliance-grade interoperability with dual-use technologies. Subject to DoD endorsement and DARPA oversight. The applications of our EMP Ammunitions are going to enable precision ordnances from non-lethal disruption to more intricate designs, capable of ignoring multiple types of body armor.
Expecting high demand, we will push for a fast C-Corp conversion.

Defense-facing pages, domain, and communications protocols are being initiated while we prepare the formal decoupling statement. This is more than yet another rebranding, it’s a realignment to where we are already headed without losing our core.

📦 Batch II (Mk-0): Considered

Due to the unexpected pre-shoot sellout, we are now considering a limited Batch II release for June, pending feedback, QA loop completions, and raw material feasibility. Those who missed the first wave may have a second chance. No promises yet, the MK-1 might be close enough to warrant another wait.

🧠 Signal > Noise: hype to hardware.

With our Core-Team completed and our most productive partnerships flourishing, we finally get the chance to focus our time on product and infrastructure. As we prepare for the US Space Tech Expo 2025 in Long Beach, CA, and our exhibit at the EU Space Tech Expo 2025 in Bremen, Germany, we are looking forward to it all.

📅 Upcoming:

  • May 20: Advisory Brief (Internal)

  • May 23: Confirmation Statement

  • May 29: Final Accounts Release

  • June 1: KCM Defense Public Drop, Team Page Expansion, Q3 Roadmap Launch.

To those watching or building with us: thank you!

PS: We got accepted to the Esades’ eWorks Accelerator, kicking off with a two-day event in Barcelona, Spain, in the middle of June. More on that in the next Blog Article, as we just learned of it today.
