🗓️ Timing on time

Bridging Dream and Deployment — Quiet Focus

Welcome to your May 2nd update from Kusnierz Consolidated Manufacturing Ltd. (KCM). While yesterday’s fiscal calibration marked a turning point in our journey, today’s dispatch brings the quieter half of the truth: behind the scenes, our hands are full, and the mission continues with renewed precision.

🛒 Public Sale: Active (Pro Forma)

As noted in the last update, our public Demonstrator Sale is live and will run through the end of June. While this event offers limited units to early adopters, we want to clarify that its purpose is symbolic as much as strategic: validating trust, sharing our work, and inviting deeper engagement. Simultaneously, it allows us to test and validate technicalities like shop styles, order handling, payment processing, and overall reliability. Hunting for Insight by gathering data.

Production, R&D, and partnerships remain our core energy. If you’ve secured a unit, you’re now part of the proof.

LAUNCH SALE ONLY THE FIRST WEEKEND OF MAY (50% OFF)

📦 Operations Running Steady

The first wave of PSCB Mk-0 Demonstrators has entered production and is being executed in coordinated cycles, overseen directly by our COO & CTA. Internal QA processes, energy signature tracking, and packaging protocols are moving forward on time and under budget. Our April schedule was tight, and we met it. May's is tighter—but we’re on track.

📊 Fiscal Reporting Underway

With the fiscal year rollover formalized yesterday, we have begun preparing our internal and external reports for taxation, investor summaries, and compliance review. All audits are aligned with our standing in the UK/US/EU, and Swiss jurisdictions. Transparency, lean operation, and sovereign IP handling remain our guiding lights.

🛰️ Strategic: Split for Speed & Events

If our leadership seemed split between locations these two days, it was.
Our Director has been on the ground in Fribourg, Switzerland, handling legal alignment and securing material access agreements for rare-earth-stabilized titanium-aluminum composites crucial to our Mk-I and Mk-X iterations, while our COO held the line in production and daily business. Meanwhile, our CTA team represented KCM at the ICMAPE 2025 Forum, where aerospace and production engineering leaders converged to discuss the next phase of autonomous systems and smart materials, engaging directly with the aerospace manufacturing track on behalf of our upcoming DARPAconnect collaboration. His technical envoy will return with new methodologies for stress testing and micro-sensoric bonding, set to be prototyped with the MK-X.

🛠️ Quiet Week Ahead—For You

Next week will appear quiet externally. Internally, it’s anything but:

  • Internal Advisory Recap (Post-ICMAPE & Reporting Prep)

  • First Mk-0 Shipment Phasing & Tracking (Sale Testing)

  • Finalization of Mk-I cell architecture - Aligning with Mk-X

  • Public excerpt release preparation from April’s Testing Archives

  • Early scouting of possible lab/factory relocation sites

  • 1on1 Sessions with experts in different fields.

  • FAQ aggregation & Event calendar update

🌟 Final Word

Some weeks are meant for celebration. Others for compression. This week, we did both.
While we refine and streamline our output through different channels, scrutiny is paramount.

Thank you for believing.
Keep watching. Keep building.

Your KCM Team 🚀
