This week’s focus has been on the preparations for upcoming applications and challenges. We’re coordinating with our affiliates as we finalise supporting materials and adapt our proposals to meet the evolving criteria of innovation and sustainability-focused opportunities, with a recent submission to the Global Business Innovation Programme.
Product Track
The accelerated timeline has pushed the Product team to move from broad research into focused framework definition.
As we consolidate literature findings into structured documentation and bring the team to a shared level of understanding, theoretical insights are beginning to translate into technical direction. We are slowly shaping a clearer path forward for the next stages of our work, bringing us closer to even more tangible engineering outputs.
Team and Media
The team has found a nice rhythm with bi-weekly check-ins to make sure everyone is in line, while maintaining good progress on all fronts, individually and collectively.
On the media end, the new KCM website is up and completed all compatibility tests for Windows, iOS & Android. The team bios are established and will be posted shortly within this week.
The Research page has been revamped to present more organized and user-friendly information, enabling third-party partners, advisors, and visitors to easily understand current initiatives, methodologies, and project scopes.
October Vision
This week is about improving our status quo, aka. maintenance and housekeeping.
The systems are working well, and every step gives us a clearer idea of what to do next. The focus now is to keep things steady, learn from results, and prepare for the next stage in November.
