Accelerated efforts are being made to obtain funds through grant and contract applications pertaining to resource efficiency and sustainable manufacturing. As we approach important Q4 submission deadlines, we are actively collaborating with partners like GrantTree, experts in R&D tax relief and innovation awards.
Product Track
Unanimously, the team decided to speed up the onboarding process. There is a focus on building a strong knowledge base by developing a structured literature database. To streamline updates to our resource, we are exploring automation tools and methods.
Team and Media
All members are currently delivering within their operational bands after the completion of the "Role Blueprint" phase. Data flow monitoring starts, and daily inter-team syncs take place. Media-wise, the new site components will go into test release this week, and early next year is when final publishing is expected to occur. Individual brief bios are now online on the updated Team Page, and the roadmap aggregate page is prepared for release.
Ops Security
Calibration of the infrastructure is complete. Checks for network integrity are operating without any flags. The equipment layer for October was completed, and early preparations for the November redundancy expansion began. The next report from the operations team will be a stability brief.
